(4.2) Use of Information

It is our responsibility to keep your information safe. We will only collect the minimum amount of personal information we need to process your application form.
We will only share your information with the Directors of NCCBC for them to decide on the eligibility of your request.
We hold completed applications for 7 years before destroying them.
(Successful applicants must retain their own project records for 7 years for audit purposes.)
